Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Refresh with this super simple smoothie recipe that you AND your kids will enjoy! It’s nourishing and tasty.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ounces Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, about 56
  • 1/2 medium, ripe banana

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Enjoy.
