Mexican Hot Chocolate Yogurt with Berries

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped, dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 teaspoon toasted pepitas
  • 1/2 cup sliced, fresh strawberries (or 1/2 cup fresh raspberries)

Instructions

  1. To a bowl, add the Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Mix well to combine. Top yogurt with dark chocolate, pepitas and sliced strawberries.
