I live for breakfast. Seriously, I do. I 100% believe anyone who says breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Because I 100% agree. Here’s the proof!

Grab Your Breakfast!

You can count on me to always eat breakfast. Even as a little kid I never skipped it. And come to think of it, I never skipped it in college either. Now that’s saying something, right? But I really do remember being one of the few students in the cafeteria every morning. Sitting down to my bowl of cereal, milk and fruit. Hilarious!

Not a Breakfast Eater?

But I get that some of you aren’t interested in breakfast. Maybe you’re not hungry that early or maybe you, dare I say it, don’t have the time? Well, those are lame reasons. Yeah, they are. Well, at least the one about not having time. That’s really lame. And you can do better! Why am I being so hard on you? Well because breakfast sets the tone for your day. If you choose to wake up a little earlier and put something nourishing in your body, you’re showing your body that you care about it. That you want it to function at it’s best. That’s a pretty good way to get things going, don’t you agree?

Choose to Choose Breakfast

So my advice is to eat breakfast. Every day. You’ll feel better and your body will thank you! And if you’re bored with your current breakfast, that’s no excuse! Instead, it’s time to get inspired! And I’ve got the recipes here to get you pumped about breakfast!
