Pineapple + Kombucha + Ginger
I use plenty of other complementary, flavorful ingredients! Plenty of sweetness and acidity from the pineapple, tangy earthiness from the ginger and a little fizzy fun and funk from the kombucha. It’s a combo that works. And works for you!

This isn’t just another green smoothie. It’s fabulous-ness in a cup. Just saying. Vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free! But NOT free of plenty of flavor!
- 1 cup ginger kombucha
- ½ medium frozen banana
- ¼ ripe avocado
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 1 tsp lime zest + 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1–2 tsps grated fresh ginger
- 1 cup baby kale, spinach or romaine lettuce
Place all of the ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Puree until smooth.
