Dessert is one of my favorite things in all of the world. I was born with every tooth being 100% a sweet tooth! And if you ask me what my favorite part of the Thanksgiving meal is, I will tell you that it’s the dessert!
There are 3 things you should know about me. 1) I love chocolate 2) I love brownies and 3) I LOVE Halloween! I made these Thick, Double Chocolate Brownies to celebrate all of my loves!
I have always loved apples. Even as a little girl I loved them. Especially when I could dip them in caramel. Such a delicious memory! Now I love experimenting with apples, especially apple desserts like these Streusel Apple Pie Bars!
I’m not done with peaches yet, and you shouldn’t be done with them either! There’s still a wee bit more time to enjoy them! And when you’ve got a few extra, make this Mini Peach Galette!
Raise your hand if you love s’mores! Yeah, I figured. Me too. What’s more magical than a toasty marshmallow sandwiched between graham crackers and chocolate? Not much! But it’s not always feasible to build a campfire and get to toasting, so what’s a s’more lover to do? Why make S’mores Dessert Granola, that’s what!
I love most fruit. Not really surprising there. But berries have a special place in my heart. Maybe because they are so incredibly beautiful and fragile. Or maybe it’s because when they’re ripe, they’re just pure fabuloulness! And after I’ve filled my belly with them in their whole form, I like to turn the extra into these Berry Crumble Bars!
Raise your hand if you love Confetti Cupcakes! Me too! And so do all of the millions of kids out there. They will grab a sprinkle-filled, sprinkle-topped cupcake with zero hesitation! But you know you want one too. So grab one…with zero hesitation.
Maybe you don’t like making pie. That’s okay. It’s not for everyone, BUT this pie is for everyone! Introducing my Easy Mini Strawberry Pies!
I sometimes don’t know how to leave well enough alone. I mean, what’s wrong with a brownie? Why do I need to mess with it? Because I’m me and that’s just what I do. Afterall, what could be so bad about a Chocolate Dipped Brownie? The answer? Nothing. Not. A. Thing.
“I don’t like it!” This is the sentiment shared with me after the little sous chef sampled her first bite of pumpkin pie. “What? Are you serious?” was my reply. I just couldn’t fathom that my little sugar monster wouldn’t like pie. But she made it clear that she never wanted anything to do with pie ever again. Oh the horror! But I’ve got a little trick up my sleeve this year. It’s called Whipped Pumpkin Pie Bites.
